Local women set up white wooden benches right on the sand and give amazing traditional massages. Ocean breeze + coconut oil + waves. 10/10 passenger favorite.

D. Hair Braiding with Beads

Want a souvenir you can wear? The women offer hair braiding and add little colorful beads. It’s quick, affordable, and looks amazing in photos.

E. Photos with Iguanas

Yes, real iguanas. Handlers will let you hold one for a photo. Kids and adults both love this. Don’t forget a waterproof phone case because you’ll be in and out of the water.

F. Live Music

You’ll be greeted by an amazing local musical group playing traditional Vanuatu songs. It sets the whole island mood.

• The Airstrip: Walk around and you’ll spot an old grass airstrip. Locals say it was built for small planes years ago. Great for photos.
• Nature Vibes: With no cars, no buildings, and no crowds beyond cruise passengers, it’s the perfect place to disconnect and just be present.

4. Good To Know Before You Go

1. Cash: Bring small AUD or Vatu bills. Most vendors don’t take cards.
